LiveWest seeks a Residential Scheme Manager to support residents in a retirement leasehold scheme in Truro. The role is on-site with a subsidised 2-bedroom home and 32 flats to manage across four floors.

Flexible 30-hour weeks over 4/5 days, with DBS clearance and a focus on wellbeing and independence for residents. Ideal candidates have customer-facing experience, knowledge of elderly care, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
• Substantive experience in working with people, particularly the elderly.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support.
• Carry out the cleaning to ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained and conduct site inspections.
• Welcome new customers and help them settle into the community.
• Liaise with contractors, medical professionals, support services, and families.
• Handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
