Job summary

Churchill Estates Management are offering an exciting opportunity for a Residential Lodge Manager to join our retirement development. This live-in role requires you to live on-site in the apartment provided and bring strong administration and customer service to our Owners, coordinating activities and ensuring safety and smooth day-to-day operation.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will liaise with residents, contractors and suppliers, manage on-site maintenance, and uphold the high standard

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and customer service within a residential environment.

Responsibilities

• Organise activities and co-ordinate the development to Owners.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and on-site services.
• Complete health and safety checks and maintain security on site.
• Liaise with residents and Churchill colleagues to ensure a first-class service.
