Job summary

Churchill Estates Management, a progressive managing agent of retirement living accommodation, is recruiting for an exceptional Lodge Manager for our on-site retirement development at Clarefield Court, Sunningdale. You will coordinate the development, manage on-site contractors and deliver a first-class customer service to Home Owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity or health & social care.
• Front-of-house focus with excellent administration and customer service.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development activities and maintenance on-site.
• Liaise with Owners, suppliers and contractors to deliver services.
• Schedule maintenance and organise resident events and activities.
• Ensure health and safety checks are completed and documentation is kept up to date.
