The role is on-site, with a strong emphasis on front-of-house service and safety. You will report to the Area Manager and act as the trusted on-site contact, organizing events and ensuring excellent administration while

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or related sectors.
• Strong administration and customer service background.
• Ability to work front of house and provide a first-class customer experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the development and related activities to support Home Owners and retirement living lifestyle.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers; manage contractors and scheduling of maintenance.
• Conduct health and safety checks and organise events for Owners.
• Provide on-site, proactive, friendly service and be the trusted go-to person on-site.
