Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and related activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage maintenance and safety checks on-site.
• Liaise with Owners, customers and suppliers to resolve queries.
• Schedule maintenance, organise events and activities for Owners.
• Act as the on-site go-to person and project a friendly neighbour approach.
• Utilise MS Office tools (Excel/Outlook) to administer tasks and records.
