Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse Limited's Rugby & Music Pub in Twickenham is seeking an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to keep dishes coming hot and to standard in a buzzing kitchen.

You’ll join a supportive team with a 5 on/2 off rota, earn £14.95 per hour plus tips, enjoy 60% off meals on shift, and have the option of live-in accommodation. Full training and development are on offer in a Sunday Times Best Places to Work environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced CDP/Section Chef or Line Chef to jump in and keep dishes coming on time and to spec.
• Trained in food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Hands-on chef with a focus on consistency and presentation.
• Thrives in a busy kitchen and supports colleagues to maintain a positive vibe.
• Committed to doing things the right way and complying with standards.

Responsibilities

• Run a kitchen section and ensure consistency and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain service pace and quality, and work to exacting specifications.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.
• Be ready to hit the ground running in a busy kitchen.
• Assist with training and development opportunities as needed.
