Senior Home Care Group in Oakham is seeking an organised Live-in Care Coordinator to oversee the full lifecycle of live-in carers, from onboarding and compliance to rota management and client matching. You will be the central point of contact for carers and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and high care standards.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and tech savviness with scheduling software, LMS platforms, and MS Office.

Qualifications

Experience in care coordination or healthcare administration.
Live-in care experience preferred.
Exceptional time management and multitasking.
Ability to maintain compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

Rota Management & Scheduling: Build, maintain, and optimise live-in care rotas for full coverage and client-carer compatibility.
Onboarding & Induction: Support new live-in carers during training and placement onboarding.
Training Coordination: Assign, track, and enforce completion of mandatory e-learning and practical training.
Carer Profiles: Create and update professional carer profiles for placements.
Client & Carer Support: Act as the primary operational contact for carers and clients, resolving schedule conflicts and handovers.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain records ensuring regulatory standards are met.
