Job summary

Luxury Living Homecare is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Golders Green. You will manage daily client and care assistant communications, schedule care, and ensure high-quality service for clients in their homes.

The role requires excellent customer service and strong organizational skills, with on-site work and opportunities for training, bonuses, and career progression. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service setting, building up relationships – Essential.
• Use of a scheduling / HR/recording system – Desirable
• Relevant qualification, such as Business Studies or Social Care – Desirable
• Previous Domiciliary Care experience – Desirable

Responsibilities

• Be accountable to the Registered Manager for the smooth running of day-to-day Client/Care Assistant communication.
• Ensure compliance across the business and support achieving a minimum of Good CQC rating.
• Manage scheduling to maximise time with clients and travel time.
• Apply company policies and keep CPD/training records up to date.
• Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Record inquiries promptly with sufficient details.
• Communicate changes to Client or Care Assistant needs quickly and accurately.
• Log complaints and feedback using the correct procedure.
• Provide high-quality care services to clients in their homes.
• Highlight recruitment needs with management for safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clear communication and positive working relationships with Care Assistants.
• Record new Care Assistants and Clients in the system promptly.
• Report weekly on recruitment, rota gaps, and risks to the Registered Manager.
