This full-time, permanent role requires excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuity of care for service users and effective liaison with families and care workers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a domiciliary care setting is essential.
• Experience in care coordination or scheduling is desirable.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Good IT skills and experience with care management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff rotas using care scheduling systems.
• Allocate care workers to service users based on needs and location.
• Respond to staff absences and arrange emergency cover.
• Liaise with service users, families, and care staff daily.
• Monitor care delivery to maintain high standards.
• Update care plans and maintain accurate records.
• Support the Care Manager with compliance and CQC requirements.
• Conduct spot checks, supervisions and field support when required.
• Handle incoming calls, queries and concerns professionally.
• Ensure continuity of care for all service users.
