Bluebird Care Wirral seeks a compassionate Live-In Care Assistant to support customers in their own homes on a live-in basis, living with the client to provide daily care, companionship and independence.

The role offers paid breaks and accommodation during placement, full induction and ongoing training, 24/7 support, and flexible patterns (often 1–3 weeks on, followed by breaks). DBS checks and travel reimbursement are included.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
• Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility
• Manage their medication and prep their meals
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
