Job summary

Bluebird Care Reigate is seeking a dedicated Live-in Care Assistant in Reigate. You will live with a customer, delivering personalized care, supporting daily tasks and maintaining dignity and independence.

Role offers a weekly rate (£789.60-£944.65) with travel expenses up to £50 and a £40 weekly food allowance, plus ongoing training and accommodation during placement.

Qualifications

• Commit to training, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Have a Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages independence.
• Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Manage their medication and prep their meals.
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands.
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones.
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care.
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance.
