Job summary

Bluebird Care Chichester is seeking a compassionate Live-in Care Expert to join our team. You will live with a customer in their home, provide personalised care, and support daily living with dignity and independence.

We offer a weekly rate of £789.60–£944.65, with travel expenses up to £50 and a £40 weekly food allowance. Training is provided and paid breaks are included, along with a pension and ongoing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support customers staying connected to their community through activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Provide comfort and care during illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support

Responsibilities

As a Live-in Care Expert, your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver personal care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
• Assist with personal care like washing, dressing, toileting and mobilityManage their medication and prep their meals
• Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
• Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care
• Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance
