Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Project Management support role to assist the project lead and team with day-to-day tasks, coordinating meetings, files, and communications. You will gain hands-on experience across production processes and client/vendor relationships within a dynamic live events environment.

You will support internal groups to plan and execute programs, serving as a communication conduit both verbally and in writing, and contribute to office operations and event setup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• General office experience.
• Production experience in a similar industry.
• Demonstrates ability to take accurate and complete written meeting notes.
• Strong computer skills with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain calendars and production schedules, coordinating internal and external resources and attendees for project-related meetings.
• Maintain project files in Google Drive, Box, SharePoint, and Slack.
• Coordinate distribution of production and creative documentation for assigned projects.
• File and archive documents as needed.
• Organize expense reports, purchase requisitions, and submit proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal resources (Designers, Tech, Production) to ensure timely work.
• Ensure prep, packaging, delivery and distribution of project deliverables and materials.
• Conduct project-related research.
• Participate in overall office operations, including front desk relief and coordinating internal events.
