Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end live event projects, coordinating planning, budgets, resources and schedules. You will drive bid responses, design development and client communications while mentoring teams across TAIT locations.

Travel up to 30% may be required as part of delivering world‑class experiences for top brands and artists. A strong leadership mindset and supplier coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree: Engineering, Technical Theatre or Live Event related field.
• Experience in Entertainment or Construction industry.
• Preferred Experience: Technical Theater; Live Event Production; Project Management; Construction Management; Commercial and Contractual responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and delivery, following the TAIT Project Process.
• Manage budgets, schedules and resources; monitor progress and report risks.
• Lead or coach teams; ensure quality and timely project milestones.
• Represent PM on Bids and design development activities; ensure scope ownership.
• Maintain client relationships and collaboration with Business Development and Market Leaders.
• Drive departmental improvement, knowledge sharing and best practice.
