Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of live event projects. You will manage scope, schedule and budget, grow client relationships, and drive bids in collaboration with design and operations teams.

Ideal candidates have engineering or technical theatre backgrounds, experience in entertainment or construction, and strong MS Office skills. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Technical Theatre or Live Event related field.
• Experience in Entertainment or Construction industry.
• Preferred: Technical Theater, Live Event Production, Project Management, Construction Management.
• Commercial and Contractual responsibilities and proven profitability handling.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Slack and Box.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project scope, budget, resources and timeline.
• Lead or coach development of budgets, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across locations.
• Represent PM on bids and ensure bid quality and ownership of scope and schedule.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure clear communication with Business Development and Market Leaders.
• Promote TAIT Project Process and drive department initiatives.
