Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Production Controller I to support Production Control and manufacturing operations with routine admin, data entry, and documentation. You will create jobs, maintain records, and ensure schedules are executed on time while complying with safety and quality standards.

This role focuses on office and production-support duties, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work across document control, BOMs, and drawings in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production administration or document control is beneficial.
• Ability to process information accurately and follow established procedures.
• Familiarity with production systems, drawings, BOMs, and related documentation.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing support setting with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete Production Control administration accurately and per procedures.
• Carry out routine data entry, document printing, distribution, filing and record maintenance.
• Maintain production systems, job structures, and related documentation.
• Create jobs and system structures from approved source information.
• Process approved production information to support schedule execution.
• Ensure packs contain correct drawings, BOMs, and documentation before issue.
• Update revision instructions and affected documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate system records reflecting supplied information.
• Communicate with teams and elevate queries or issues as needed.
• Manage workload with accuracy, organization and compliance with Health & Safety.
• Support filing, printing and document control standards for accessibility.
