Job summary

TAIT is a global leader in live events, delivering innovative experiences through design, technology and engineering. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects, manage budgets and timelines, and drive successful outcomes for high-profile clients.

The role involves travel up to 30% and collaboration with internal and client teams across TAIT locations. You will guide project teams, manage scope, and ensure high quality delivery aligned with our standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Technical Theatre or Live Event related field.
• Experience in Entertainment or Construction industry.
• Strong project management experience and budget ownership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects per TAIT processes.
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules and scope.
• Lead bid development and design reviews for projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM data and client relationships.
• Promote departmental improvement and knowledge sharing.
