Job summary

4Wall is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage high-end live, hybrid and virtual events for clients in the London area. You will act as the main point of contact from quotation through delivery, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

You will bring extensive account management experience in the events sector, with a broad technical understanding of video, lighting, sound and IT, and flexibility to travel to head office in Harlow and future Hertford location.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-end live technical events.
• Broad technical understanding across video, sound, lighting and IT.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance cost, quality and profitability.
• Flexibility to work overtime, early mornings, late evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for designated accounts from quotation to delivery.
• Provide professional and technical advice, managing client requirements and specifications.
• Supervise on-site technical team and external crew when required.
• Coordinate with clients, and our technical/Ops teams pre- and during events to ensure top service.
• Contribute to post-event reviews and sales meetings.
• Promote services and identify new opportunities to secure future business.
