Job summary

4Wall Europe is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage physical, hybrid and virtual events, predominantly in the London area. You will act as the main point of contact for designated accounts, coordinating from quotation through delivery and providing professional technical guidance to clients.

Based at our Head Office in Harlow, Essex, the role will relocate to our Hertford facility later this year.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management of high-end live technical events.
• Broad technical understanding across video, sound, lighting and IT.
• Commercial awareness and budgetary skills to balance cost, quality, profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated accounts from quotation through delivery.
• Provide professional and technical advice, liaise on client specifications and operational deliverables.
• Assist with supervision of on-site technical team and external crew when required.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure high levels of service.
• Contribute to post-event reviews and regular Sales meetings.
• Promote services and identify opportunities for future business.
