  • Analyse client spend, identify growth opportunities, and demonstrate the value and return on investment delivered to clients.
Account Delivery
  • Work collaboratively with internal operational project teams to ensure successful delivery of client events.
  • Provide timely updates on commercial discussions, contract changes, and client expectations that may impact operational delivery.
  • Support clients throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from planning through to post-event evaluation.

  • Conduct annual reviews of customer contracts, pricing structures, service levels, and commercial terms.
  • Produce regular account performance reports, highlighting commercial performance, client feedback, opportunities, and risks.
  • Monitor account profitability and support strategic planning to maximise long-term client value.
  • Conduct post-event review meetings to evaluate client satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Keep informed of industry trends, emerging event technologies, and best practice to provide innovative recommendations to clients.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Inconnection's strategic objectives, growth plans, and customer experience initiatives.

  • Experience of working within SAS service clients
  • Knowledge of event technology platforms, registration systems, delegate management, mobile event apps, venue sourcing, or virtual/hybrid event solutions.
