Job summary

The Environment Agency is seeking a Digital service specialist to lead the ongoing service management of SEA Change, a Power Platform-based tool supporting P3M. This role focuses on delivering a user-centred live service, defining service management processes, and producing user guidance.

You will work with the Product Manager, developers and project team to design operational processes, support live functionality, and drive continuous improvement as SEA Change evolves to enhance governance and

Qualifications

Ability to create internal workflows, guidance documents and training to support effective management of a digital service.
Experience supporting products or services transitioning into live operation.
Understands user-facing technical issue resolution, change management and knowledge management processes for a digital solution.

Responsibilities

Lead on service readiness and transition of new functionality to live operation.
Design and embed operational processes to support the product.
Develop service documentation, guidance and support materials for new and existing functionality.
Engage stakeholders, train users and drive adoption activities.
Continuously improve the service as the product evolves.
