Job summary

Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading West Country law firm in Exeter. You will handle a broad range of disputes and work closely with experienced colleagues to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.

You’ll manage your own caseload across High Court, County Courts, District Registries and Tribunals, handling commercial and consumer disputes while supporting clients from instruction to resolution.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE in litigation or dispute resolution.
• Experience managing a varied caseload of contentious matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across a broad range of disputes, including commercial and consumer matters.
• Work on disputes before High Court, County Courts, District Registries and Tribunals.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice and support clients from instruction through to resolution.
