Chadwick Nott is assisting a respected regional law firm in Exeter to recruit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (0-5 PQE) into its Dispute Resolution team. The role offers hybrid working and exposure to high-quality litigation across trusts, probate, commercial and civil disputes.

You will gain hands-on responsibility from day one, with mentoring and structured training to build specialist expertise and develop your own niche practice area over time.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years’ PQE as Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Ability to manage own workload in a busy disputes team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload in disputes practice.
• Assist with contentious probate, trusts and commercial litigation.
• Work with partners on high-quality litigation for businesses and individuals.
