Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established regional firm in Gloucester. The role involves handling a varied caseload of disputes and collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' PQE within litigation.
• Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to conclusion.
• Strong client care and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Genuine interest in business development and networking.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a diverse range of disputes, including landlord and tenant, property, contract, contentious probate, and shareholder disputes.
• Manage own varied caseload while collaborating with experienced colleagues on a broad range of contentious matters.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and networking efforts.
