Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Property/Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the Exeter team. You will handle a broad range of property disputes, with opportunities to develop specialist knowledge and build your market profile within a collaborative, high-quality practice.

The role is open to NQ to ~5 years’ PQE, offering a permanent, hybrid working arrangement in Exeter, with a competitive salary aligned to experience and a strong culture of development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Solid litigation experience from training or post qualification is required.
• Strong client handling skills and clear, confident communication are essential.
• Ability to manage own caseload with appropriate support and contribute to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Managing a wide range of property disputes, including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
• Handling land-related issues such as rights of way, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes and adverse possession.
• Collaborating with real estate, agricultural and sector-specific teams and supporting on wider commercial litigation when needed.
• Developing your own areas of specialization and contributing to business development.
