Chadwick Nott is recruiting for a Property/Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in Exeter. The role focuses on a broad range of property-related disputes within a respected Litigation & Employment team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, work in a hybrid Exeter environment, and benefit from strong training and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with NQ-5 PQE in property or commercial litigation.
• Strong client care and the ability to manage own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property-related disputes including residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters.
• Handle land-related disputes (rights of way, covenants, adverse possession).
• Assist with insolvency and debt recovery as needed.
• Work with real estate and agricultural sector teams.
• Develop specialist areas and contribute to business development.
