Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive for its Exeter Dispute Resolution team. The role offers a hybrid working pattern with office presence in Exeter as you familiarise yourself with the team and systems.

You will handle a varied caseload including contentious trusts, probate and commercial litigation, under supervision, with opportunities to develop a niche and advance your career in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years PQE in litigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal IT systems.
• Experience in contentious trusts and probate is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners and senior lawyers on a varied caseload of litigation matters.
• Handle contentious trusts and probate, commercial litigation and related disputes.
• Manage files with supervision and liaise with clients, counsel and other professionals.
• Develop a specialism within litigation and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Maintain high professional standards and compliance.
