The role emphasizes analysis, deadlines, and strategic decision-making, with a focus on cost-effective litigation. 35 hours weekly, based in Bolton, Office presence required.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil litigation claims handling.
• Experience with RTA pre-litigated/litigated caseload.
• Ability to work to client guidelines and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Run fraud cases from litigation to resolution.
• Manage case strategy with Lead Lawyer.
• Ensure compliance with court timetables and protocols.
• Maintain accurate client and internal MI.
