Job summary

You will carry out start-up and quality checks, log downtime, maintain line hygiene, manage stock, and support continuous improvement.

• Experience/knowledge of stock control processes.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge.
• H&S awareness and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient running of production lines from raw materials to finished goods.
• Input into health, safety and quality improvements and report near misses.
• Carry out pre-start checks and complete start-up documentation.
• Log downtime accurately and communicate it to the team.
• Maintain line hygiene and hygiene schedules; ensure the line is clean and tidy.
