Job summary

Allied Bakeries Stoke is seeking a driven Production Manager to lead our Manufacturing team at the Stoke site. This role focuses on delivering performance across Safety, Quality and Efficiency in a fast-paced bakery environment, while developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.

You will lead from the front, ensuring operational excellence and a data-driven approach to optimize production outcomes and cost efficiency across your area of responsibility.
