Job summary

b3 recruitment ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Low-Risk production team, ensuring staff are trained, resourced and operating safely while hitting production, efficiency and quality targets.

The role requires practical experience in food production, strong knowledge of production machinery, and HACCP/BRCGS awareness, with a typical salary and early morning shift in the North West England region.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing of food products.
• Excellent knowledge of food production machinery, processes and equipment.
• HACCP trained and understanding of BRCGS standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Low-Risk production team, ensuring resources and safety.
• Meet weekly production, efficiency and quality targets with accurate paperwork.
• Oversee and verify production paperwork to ensure full traceability.
• Monitor customer quality complaints with the Technical team and implement improvements.
• Work closely with Technical team and Production Managers to maintain hygiene standards.
• Support the production team with manufacturing activities as required.
