Job summary

Allied Bakeries, part of Associated British Foods, is recruiting Bakery Operatives to join our fast‑paced production team in Newcastle‑under‑Lyme. You will help produce high‑quality bakery products on a busy line and contribute to a safety‑sensitive factory.

Shifts are 12‑hour rotating, 42 hours per week, including some night work and weekends. We want motivated, reliable people with basic numeracy and literacy, a positive can‑do attitude, and a willingness to learn; training is provided with

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills, including record keeping and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Monitor product quality and consistency on production lines.
• Support efficient operation of production lines and equipment.
