Job summary

Speedy Services, based in Ellesmere Port, seeks an Apprentice Lifting Engineer to join our depot operations. You will train across three years, completing a Level 3 Lifting Technician apprenticeship and in-house lifting training, while learning from experienced colleagues to become a fully qualified engineer.

You will attend block placements at other sites, be comfortable away from home, and develop skills in machinery, mechanics and electrics within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in machinery, mechanics and electrics.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Able to be away from home for block placements at college.

Responsibilities

• Apprentice lifting engineer in depot operations.
• Train under qualified engineers and complete Level 3 Lifting Technician apprenticeship.
• Attend block placements and in-house training to become fully qualified by year 3.
