Liftec Express, a leading independent lift and escalator specialist, is expanding its sales team and seeking a genuine new business hunter to win lift maintenance contracts across the Andover, Bath, Southampton, Swindon and Reading patch. Earn £50,000–£65,000 basic DOE plus £10,000–£15,000 OTE, with car allowance and mileage, in a field-based, full-time role.

You'll prospect, engage decision-makers, conduct site visits, and manage tenders and proposals to secure long-term service agreements.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning new B2B lift service & maintenance customers.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills.
• Experience with proposals and tenders.
• Good CRM and forecasting discipline.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage your own prospect pipeline.
• Target decision-makers across property management, facilities, building ownership and main contractors.
• Take opportunities from first contact through to signed contract.
• Conduct site visits and consultative customer meetings.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial submissions.
• Lead and complete tender submissions, including full commercial review.
• Negotiate long-term maintenance agreements.
• Keep your CRM pipeline and forecasting accurate.
• Work with our operational teams to ensure a smooth handover once business is won.
