Job summary

Orona in the UK is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to cover the South West and South East regions. You will identify and win new lift/maintenance contracts, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with service teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven track record of winning new business in a target-driven B2B sales environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the drive to exceed sales targets.
Experience within lift/construction/technical sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking and lead generation.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve annual targets.
Identify opportunities to secure new lift service maintenance contracts in your territory.
Arrange and attend customer meetings, site visits and presentations with prospects.
Develop relationships with property managers, consultants, contractors and key decision-makers.
Prepare competitive quotations, proposals and tender responses.
Lead commercial negotiations and close new opportunities.
Collaborate with regional service teams for smooth handover and CRM updates.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
