Job summary

Schindler Group in Addlestone, England, United Kingdom, is seeking a Lift Project Manager for New Installations & Modernisation. You will take full ownership of lift installation and modernisation projects, working with customers, site teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to deliver safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

In-depth experience managing lift installation, modernisation or similar projects.
Strong understanding of construction and project delivery processes.
Experience coordinating site-based teams and multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of CDM health & safety requirements and site management.
Commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and variations.
PM qualification such as PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
Technical knowledge of lift and escalator systems.

Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery of lift installation and modernisation projects within time and budget.
Serve as primary client contact throughout project lifecycle and manage expectations.
Plan, coordinate and monitor activities from pre-construction to handover.
Manage equipment, materials and resources to support project execution.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and CDM regulations.
Lead site teams and subcontractors and manage site risks and variations.
Support monthly valuations and reporting on progress and costs.
