Schindler Ltd (UK) is seeking a Lift Installation Engineer to support new lift installations across North West London. You will install lift systems from start to finish and work closely with customers and construction teams to ensure safe, efficient deliveries of high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Installing lift equipment and components per procedures and standards.
• Completing installation, alignment and assembly of lift systems and traction equipment.
• Installing suspension ropes, governor ropes and safety equipment.
• Installing lift entrances, doors, frames and operating equipment.
• Carrying out installation inspections, final adjustments and pre-commissioning checks.
• Conducting site surveys and reviewing project requirements for successful delivery.
• Monitoring project progress and providing status updates.
• Troubleshooting installation issues and implementing solutions.
• Collaborating with customers, contractors and project teams.
• Maintaining safety and workmanship standards at all times.
• Demonstrating lift engineering qualifications and experience on projects.
