Schindler Group is seeking a Lift Project Manager for New Installations & Modernisation in Addlestone, UK. You will own lift installation, modernisation projects from planning through completion, coordinating customers, site teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with high quality.

You will oversee safety, CDM compliance, resource planning and risk management, while supporting commercial aspects and project valuations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering lift installation or modernisation projects.
• Strong understanding of construction and project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of lift installation and modernisation projects within scope, time and budget.
• Be the main customer contact, manage expectations and relationships.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor activities from pre‑construction to handover and post‑completion.
• Coordinate delivery of equipment, materials and resources for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and CDM requirements on site.
• Maintain safe working environments and manage site permit‑to‑work processes.
• Identify risks, manage variations and support monthly valuations and reporting.
• Carry out quality checks to meet Schindler standards.
