Schindler is seeking a Lift Installation Engineer to deliver new lift installations across North West London. You will install lift systems from start to finish, collaborating with customers and construction teams to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery.

You will need a recognised lift engineering qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent), proven installation experience, and a valid UK driving license.

Formación

• Recognised lift engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3, SVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Proven experience installing lifts on new installations, refurbishment or modernisation projects.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Install lift equipment and electrical components per procedures and standards
• Complete installation, alignment and assembly of lift systems
• Install suspension ropes, governor ropes and safety equipment
• Install lift entrances, doors, frames and operating equipment
• Carry out installation inspections, final adjustments and pre-commissioning checks
• Conduct site surveys and review project requirements
• Monitor progress and report on status and resources
• Troubleshoot installation issues and implement solutions
• Collaborate with customers, contractors and teams
• Maintain safety, quality and workmanship
