Schindler Ltd (Ireland) is seeking a Lift Installation Engineer to install lift shafts, traction equipment, doors and safety systems across customers in Northern Ireland and beyond. You’ll perform site surveys, conduct pre-commissioning checks, and provide accurate progress updates to support project delivery.

Ideal candidates hold an NVQ Level 3 in Lift Installation or equivalent, with proven installation experience, valid Safe Pass, and a full driving license.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Installation or equivalent mechanical/electrical qualification.

Responsabilités

• Installing lift shafts, mechanical components and ancillary equipment per procedures and safety requirements.
• Installing and assembling traction equipment and lift systems.
• Installing suspension ropes and safety devices on new or reconstructed installations.
• Installing doors and entrance systems with safety devices.
• Conducting final installation checks and pre-commissioning activities.
