ORONA UK is seeking a Contract Sales Coordinator to drive maintenance and service contracts for lift systems. You will identify opportunities via online portals, qualify leads, and prepare competitive tenders while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

The role involves collaborating with engineers for site audits and smooth handover of won contracts. The successful candidate will manage contract costs, draft proposals, and maintain CRM/ERP data.

Competenze

• Experience in lift/elevator industry, construction, or facilities management is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to prepare formal quotes and manage bid submissions.
• Strong digital literacy with online procurement portals, CRM, and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Monitor online procurement portals daily to identify lift service opportunities.
• Qualify leads and assess project viability and commercial potential.
• Maintain a pipeline of contract opportunities and follow up on expiring agreements.
• Assess client requirements to determine service levels (basic, comprehensive, bespoke).
• Estimate contract costs based on lift types, usage and pricing structures.
• Prepare bespoke documentation for corporate/public sector clients; ensure compliance.
• Draft proposals and formal quotations outlining scope, timelines, and pricing.
• Input contract data into CRM/ERP systems; ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate with engineers for site audits before finalising contracts; ensure smooth handover of won contracts to operations.
