Bupa UK is hiring a Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator for Hazelmere House Care Home, Wilmslow. The role involves planning engaging activities, coordinating events, and supporting residents’ wellbeing on a part-time basis.

Based at Hazelmere House, you will run sessions, manage an activities planner and collaborate with local community performers. The position emphasizes person-centred care and resident engagement.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with plenty of ideas and the ability to manage budgets and keep paperwork in order.
• Able to prioritise tasks and support residents with care and activities.
• Willingness to bring energy, humour and a positive attitude to residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Run morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Produce/update an activity planner within a set activities budget.
• Organise birthday surprises for residents.
• Coordinate days out/events with external companies and local performers.
• Arrange one-to-one sessions with residents using reminiscence tools, reading, puzzles or a chat.
• Support the home with its social media channels as required.
