Job summary

Bupa is recruiting a Lifestyle & Wellbeing Co-ordinator for a part-time role at Druid Stoke Care Home in Bristol. The position involves creating engaging activity plans, running sessions, and coordinating events within a defined budget.

You will work closely with residents and care teams to promote wellbeing, social activity, and person-centred care, including birthday celebrations and community outreach.

Qualifications

• You\'re a creative thinker with plenty of ideas.
• You can manage budgets and maintain paperwork.
• You\'re good at prioritising and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Running morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Producing and updating an activity planner for the home within a set budget.
• Organising birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaising with local community to organise days out/events.
• Organising one-to-ones with residents (reminiscing tools, puzzles, reading, tea and chat).
• Supporting the home with social media channels as required.
