Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator at Sutton Lodge Care Home in Weybridge. The role involves creating a vibrant activities program, from arts and crafts to social events, while managing a budget and liaising with local entertainers.

You will run daily activity sessions, tailor plans for residents, and support wellbeing initiatives. This is a part-time on-site role with opportunities to engage the community and enhance residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with ideas, capable of budgeting and paperwork.
• Able to manage priorities and care for others.

Responsibilities

• Running morning and afternoon activity sessions.
• Producing and updating an activity planner within a set activities budget.
• Organising birthday surprises for residents.
• Liaising with external companies and performers to organise days out/events at the home.
• Organising one-to-ones with residents, including reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading, or tea and chat.
• Supporting the home with their social media channels as required.
