Job summary

Cross Keys Homes is seeking a Lifeline Adviser to join our responsive team in Peterborough. The role involves handling 37 hours per week, 5 days across a 7-day pattern, with a focus on emergency response calls and rapid problem solving.

The successful candidate will have customer service experience, a clear telephone manner, and the ability to multi-task while updating systems. DBS check will be completed for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or contact service environment.
• Ability to multitask while taking calls and updating systems.
• Excellent and clear telephone manner with good listening skills.
• Enhanced DBS will be sought for successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer service to a wide range of customers.
• Listen actively and assess each contact to process emergency calls.
• Take action as needed and provide relevant support.
• Assess calls for repairs for external customers under contract and process efficiently.
