Job summary

Freedom Leisure in Yeovil is seeking a Lifeguard to help run welcoming, safe and well-maintained centres across our local community.

You’ll join a friendly team and receive full training with opportunities to progress within the Leisure sector. NPLQ and First Aid at Work are desirable, and you’ll need strong customer service and adaptability to work on a 37-hour rota. Salary up to £24,519 per annum.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification desirable.
• First Aid at Work desirable.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Ensure centres are welcoming, clean and safe for all customers.
• Provide high-quality customer service and assistance on a rota basis.
• Support the team across the leisure centres and contribute to a positive customer experience.
