Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking Lifeguards for casual hours across its 100+ centres in England and Wales. The role includes fully funded training in the recognised NPLQ lifeguarding qualification to help you excel, with ongoing support for career progression.

You will be part of a friendly team, delivering great customer experiences while helping ensure safe pool operations and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• First Aid at Work (desirable).
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
• Regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment.
