Freedom Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure friendly, clean and safe facilities for customers across our centres. The role includes the provision of training and support as you develop in the position, with opportunities to grow within the organisation.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification (training can be provided)
• Enhanced DBS check
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff
• Well developed interpersonal skills
• Team orientated approach and cross‑organisational collaboration
• Flexible and adaptable to situations

Responsibilities

• In the role of Lifeguard, you will ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly, clean and safe facilities.
