Freedom Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure friendly, clean and safe facilities for customers across our leisure centres. You will work a 15-hour weekly rota, including weekends, delivering excellent service and adhering to safety standards.

Applicants should hold an NPLQ or equivalent, be a competent swimmer and pass an enhanced DBS check. A strong customer focus, interpersonal skills and flexibility are essential for success in this role within the charitable leisure trust.

Formación

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• Competent swimmer.
• Enhanced DBS check to be carried out.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated approach and able to work across organisation boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• In the role of Lifeguard, you will ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly, clean and safe facilities.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of pool and surrounding areas.
• Monitor pool conditions and enforce pool rules to ensure customer safety.
• Assist customers with information, guidance and support as needed.
• Work on a rota basis, including weekends, to cover 15 hours per week.
