Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure excellent customer service in a welcoming, safe environment across our centres in England. You will carry out lifeguard duties, assist customers and help maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.

Hours are 37 per week on a rota basis, with NPLQ training available. We value diversity and support career development with a comprehensive benefits package and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification is desirable (training can be provided)
• Competent swimmer with a swim test as part of the interview process
• Strong ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer service in a friendly, clean and safe facility
• Ensure safety standards are upheld across the centre and assist with general lifeguard duties
